INSIGHTS workshop - Personal Efficiency
Every person thinks, acts and works different. When working together with others it is therefore of high benefit to understand different types of personality.
INSIGHTS works with four colors: Sunshine Yellow, Cool Blue, Earth Green and Fiery Red.
Everyone has a different combination of these traits or colours, and when an individual understands this combination, and why they think and act in the way they do, they can start to work more harmoniously and effectively with others.
What is THIS workshop about?
During the workshop we will look at the personal efficiency - meaning: Who am I and what motivates me?
Furthermore we will look into how to spot people with different profiles in order to understand how to work best together.
Do I need an INSIGHTS profile? Where can i get one?
To get the most out of the workshop we recommend to bring your INSIGHTS profile. However, it is not crucial that you have one, but recommended.
If you want to get one before the workshop please contact us asap. There is a cost of ca. 1.000 DKK for non-JCI members.
