"From Idea to Reality" with the co-founder of AMOV

After chasing a career and success for many years, Kasper Eis reached a goal when he became a CEO for LEGO Wear at an age of only 35 years.

But the successful career gave no increased satisfaction, so Kasper chose to quit the job to seek meaning in work. Inspired by a quote from Albert Einstein, “Try not to become a man of success, but rather a man of value.” the fashion label AMOV was born. The ambition was to create a fashion company that acted as responsibly as possible. In cooperation with leading innovation experts and KaosPiloter, the AMOV concept became reality. A concept that includes the use of organic materials, responsible production, a unique system for recycling clothes, as well as the principle to always raise $1 for charity for every $1 that AMOV earns.

In this lecture, Kasper will talk about the process of turning from a "career man" into a "value man" and the process of launching AMOV Apparel.
